Warranty Policy:

Marvel Technology Co., Ltd is prepared to offer the following 2 proposals regarding warranty

Proposal 1

101% of the purchase order to be provided.

Definition – For every 100 Sets of product ordered, Marvel Technology Co., Ltd will supply 1 product free of charge. This product is to be used to replace any warranty claims that may arise.

Proposal 2

1 Year warranty under normal use

Definition – All products ordered will be covered by a parts replacement warranty. Should any faulty product be identified by our customer, Our customer shall inform Marvel Technology Co., Ltd of the component that is faulty, and Marvel Technology Co., Ltd shall ship a replacement component to our customer free of charge.

Extended Warranty Options

2 year Warranty = +3% of Unit Cost

3 year Warranty = +7% of Unit Cost
