1)Quality: We apply strict quality check through the production. Our electro-painting is much better than most other local factories. Customers never complain about our quality.
Order Tracking: Once you placed order with us, one of our stuff will track your order, let you know the newest process until you have received it. Your request will be replied within 24 hours.
2)Samples: Sample production takes 3-10 days, we charge tooling cost USD10-20 per design, 1 or 2 samples per design. Tooling cost will be refunded when order is confirmed. Additional sample price is 3 times of order unit price.
3)Packing: 1pc or pair per poly bag with paperboard, 12pcs or pairs into 1 poly bag. Custom packaging is available at an additional charge.
4)Delivery: 30 days after confirmation of order and deposit received. For rush order, please contact our marketing department.
5)Quality Guarantee and Return Policies:Defective goods may be returned or refunded within 3 months after shipment.
6)Custom-made item: Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US$50-100 which will be refunded when order is confirmed.

2,About the products MOQ?
For the products we have stock,MOQ just will need 10dozens.But for the products we do not have stock need production,customer need to contact us with item number or products photo to let us check the Exactly MOQ.
3,About the products price?
All of the price on the site just EXW price.Different quantity will get different price.The more quantity customers need,the better price customers will get.
4,About the products shipping fee?
All of the products price not including the shipping fee,so for each order, we need to check the shipping fee for customers first.As we do not cost any shipping cost,we just charge the shipping cost for the delivery company,so pls kindly understand not request our discount for the shipping cost if we can not get any discount from the delivery company.
5,About the payment for sample order?
If the products we have stock,we can offer 1~3 pcs for free sample,but need customer to pay for the shipping cost.If products need production,we will cost the mold fee also the shipping fee.We can refund the mold fee but not shipping fee when we get the bulk order.
6,About the delivery time?
For the products if we have stock,we will send out the packages in 1~2 working days.If we do not have stock need production,that will need days for production.The exactly date need to according to the products and quantity.
