1. HOW TO CHOOSE ITEMS AND MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The customers can choose items from our website, cataloge and manual. Then we can quote as your request. We can also produce items as your artwork and special request. Any items should be met with our MOQ. MOQ depends on item numbers, colors and your request. Generally the MOQ is 4800pcs per color.
2. SAMPLES & TIME
We can make samples as your request. Most of samples will be free but courier charge should be paid by buyer.
Samples will cost 7-10 days for common items.
3. PACKAGE
We can produce various packages for items, like blister card, PVC bag, opp bag, header card, PVC box, etc, and also can produce as customer’s request. Just give us the pic for reference. We can give professional suggestion for customers.
4. ORDER & PAYMENT
After pre-production samples confirmed, we will make proforma invoice including all details we talked and confirmed each other. You are asked to pay 30% T/T deposit. Then we can proceed mass production according to samples we confirmed. Once deposit received, the order can not be cancelled before confirmed by each other. Balance payment will be paid on the copy of BILL OF LADING. Then we will send original shipping documents include original BILL OF LADING, packing list, invoice, etc.
5. DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING
Delivery time is around 30-35 days after deposit according to items and quantity. Our goods can be shipped by sea, by air and by express.
