Material used in the windshield
Material used in the windshield is different according to different purposes and different environmental conditions. The color of windshield can choose by customer's requirements or surroundings.
Integrated Dust effect is very obvious. Monolayer windshield integrated Dust effect can reach 65-80% or more, double windshield integrated Dust effect can reach about 95%. Features
1. Anti-UV (Anti-aging)
The surface of the product have plastic spraying, can absorb the sun's ultraviolet rays, reduce the oxidation rate of the material itself, make product has a good anti-aging properties, improve life. And UV transparency is low, avoiding product damage.
2. Flame retardancy

Windshield Type
Single peak
Forming width between 250mm-500mm, peak height between 50mm-100mm, length within 6 meters can be processed. Sheet thickness between 0.5mm-1.5mm, within the above range, we can manufacture according to customer requirements.
Double peak
Forming width between 400mm-600mm, peak height between 50mm-100mm, length within 6 meters can be processed. Sheet thickness between 0.5mm-1.5mm, within the above range, we can manufacture according to customer requirements.
Triplet type
Forming width is 825mm, peak height between 50mm-100mm, length within 6 meters can be processed. Sheet thickness between 0.5mm-1.5mm.We can manufacture according to drawings.
The length of Wind Dust Network is no more than 6.15m (The longer the network, the farther away from steel, wind effects worse), the windproof effect best when the peak height is 7.5cm.
Advantage
