1.How to place an order?

You can choose some items you like online, or you can write down the item/code number, with quantities you want, contact our customer service to make order.

6.How long I would get the goods?

Before we ship, our QC have checked all good , please for sure. In case , when ship, it maybe destroy the products, but do not worry, please take photo for us refer to confirm, then will replace new one for you in your new order.

10. How long the gold color last?

The products are vacuum plating 18k,22k and 24k real gold. Can keep at least 2years not fade out.

11. How to clean products?

You can use a soft cloth and warm soapy wate or alcohol to clean jewelry and keep the jewelry new. Do not use strong detergent or chemicals and never use toothpaste to clean your jewellery.
