1.       The rollers and shafts are both solid, the rollers are made by 45# steel plated with hard chromium.

3.        The thickness of our arch shaping leaf is 10mm, the process of manufacture for our arch shaping leafs are controlled by computer.
4.        The length of the finished sheet is measured by the electronic measurement instrument or mechanical measurement instrument. Controlling system: PLC&Manual
5.        Our machine can be divided in to two cutting ways, one is hydraulic, and the other is mechanical. Controlling system include manual and automatic. It can be also designed according to your requirement.
