Working process:

Through the 5 forming procedures and 5 kind of steel strip forming merge suturing machine steel strip(thickness:2-4mm;495mm)will be merged forcedly and suture spirally to make cylinder with 4-50m of different diameters.

These steel cylinders are used widely:

1. Material shape (storage): granular material, powder material, liquid material

2. Industry: grain, feed brewing, oil, medicine, food, cement, water treatment

3.Concrete variety(storage): wheat, soybean, maize, sorghum wheat flour, bulk cement fly-ash, sewage, water, chemical syrup

Steel and stainless steel are becoming increasingly expensive; however, special stainless steels are indispensable for the storage and processing or handling of liquids. Lipp has developed the duplex material, Verinox, to make optimal use of the economic advantages of the Lipp Dual-Seam System in these applications.

A stainless-steel band and a galvanised steel band are joined with a connecting band. As a result, the proportion of expensive stainless steel is reduced considerably, as are the total costs. The material quality of the stainless-steel band is variable, depending on the requirements.
