1) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
If you need printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the cost on film.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3days.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producing capacity is 1500,000pcs/month. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start
inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. We have been in providing professional solutions in printing and packaging

Q3: Do you have stock products to sell?
No. We work on OEM orders. That means, size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution, etc will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
-The size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-The material and surface handling.
-The printing colors.
-The quantity.
-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q5: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution; no less than 120DPI and the higher, the better.
Q6: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
-Generally, 5-7 days for samples making.
-The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc. FYI, 18-20 days for 30000pcs shopping bags.
Q7: Do you inspect the finished products?
-Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
Q8: How do you ship the finished products?
-By sea
