Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Navigation Buoy
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene navigation buoys have the features of corrosion resistance, non brush painting, environmental protection, non bonding sea creatures, high impact resistance and so on. It has a long service life reaching 30 years more. UHMWPE navigation buoys belong to low carbon emission, energy saving, green and environmental protection products, providing better security for ship navigation at sea.
Material: self-colored material UHMWPE, no pollution to the environment, won’t discompose for decades in the seawater
Maintenance: no need painting in a decade; self-lubricated floating body and tail pipe without any sea creatures adhered to, saving much manpower and material resources to clean
High Impact Resistance: high elasticity and hardness, quick resiling after being hit by an external force; light weight and small inertia makes it move fast after being bit
Long Service Life: high corrosion resistance, UV irradiation resistance, chemical stablility, anti-rust etc.
