HBZ-3000A Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester

The applying and releasing of test force is performed by a hydraulic system in this HBZ-3000A Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester. The grating technique is used for determining the depth of indentation. The measured hardness value can be digitally displayed and recorded

It can be used to determine the Brinell hardness of unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys, etc. It is especially suitable for on-line & on-spot determining of the hardness of test pieces in large batches.
