Product Introduction:
1.CDX-III multifunction magnetic detectors are magnetized magnetic detection device with a variety of ways.
2. The instrument uses AC and DC magnetization, SCR for non-contact switch, low noise, long life, easy operation, convenient, adaptable, stable.
3. It is in addition to all the advantages of having a portable models, but also has some strengths mobile models, expanding the use simplifies operation.
Probe features:
The instrument is equipped with four probes :( random except A, D, O three probes, special requirements);
a magnetic yoke probe:. (D type) it is equipped with a living joint, can be curved, flat workpiece inspection.
b Horseshoe probe:. (A-type) it can be a variety fillet, large parts of the inside and outside corner for local testing.
c ring:. (O type) can meet all energy into the workpiece to crack testing week, using it to detect fatigue cracks in the workpiece (fatigue cracks are perpendicular to the axis) is very convenient, it can be used on the workpiece demagnetization method carried away.
