2.Flat screen printing with infrared drying system.Suitable for different types of ink (water based, pigment, plastisol based, sillicone , pvc, hot-set etc )and all size( big size such  as bed sheet and curtain) small area screen frame printing such as T-shirt collar and tags

3.Our rotaty t shirt screen printing machine is made in China, introduced by Korean technology, printing precision error is no more than 0.01mm, high printing precision with good quality .

4.Angle and height of squeegee and flood blade can be adjusted to insure consistent printing pressure according to your ink types. 

5.Station/ Pallet/Table is driven by servo motor to insure stable and smooth running.

6.Fully automatic printing, only needs 2-3 persons to operate, saving labor cost .

7.It can rotate reversally and corotation rotate , which meet your different requirements; while our third generation printer can pnly rotate in one direction .

8. The guide rail improved much , we accept the imported rail from Taiwan , now it's rhombic shape instead of round rail, rhombic rail can fix the printing head firmly ,printing head won't shake , which decrease the printing error , also faster the capacity of printing . 

9. Printing precision , the printing head is still , only the screen frame move up and down, so the printing precision is better than before , error is no more than 0.01mm. 

Parameters

Our rotary screen printing machine is packed by plastic film and wooden case to avoid breakage .  And we will write the consignee name in the paper and glue it in the wooden case so that our buyer can clear the cargo conveniently.

1: Warranty 1 year, if any part is broken within 1 year, we will send a free replacement for you ,         while the dispatched charges is borned by buyer.

2: Our engineers will be abroad to help you install the rotaty screen printing machine and train you how to use the printer until you can run the machine .
