The RXR-M series of robot is a new type of fire protection device, which can extinguish the fire through remote control at a distance. The robot can extinguish, cool, and decontaminate the chemical pollution sites in the petrochemical industry, oil tank areas and large warehouses, buildings and other places of high temperature or strong heat radiation or easy collapsing (places to which fire vehicles and personnel can not get access). In that case, it can help avoid casualties and other dangerous cases, providing the ideal security guarantee for the front firefighters.
Fire extinguishing robot adopts the fireproof walking mechanism of rubber crawler type. Firefighters can use a remote controller to realize its walking, pivot steering, obstacle crossing, climbing and dragging the hose to inject in the DC and spraying form.
With the small size, light weight and strong flexibility, the robot can arrive in the field by being separated the crawler vehicle chassis from fire monitor and placed in the equipment box of conventional fire vehicles, no needing special vehicles to carry. It can finish the fire fighting task by connecting the fire hydrant.
The fire extinguishing robot is a novel fire device, which can put out the fire by long-distance remote control. Fire robot’s parts are light and water-proof, made of AL-Mg-Si aluminum alloy (6061) and stainless steel (304).
The spray angle of remote control water monitor used by the robot can be adjusted freely (max. spray angle 120° ). Its pitching angle is +30°-+70°. It can also realize the function conversion of DC and spray.
Product standards of RXR-M fire extinguishing robots are in line with national and industrial standards as well as general technical conditions (GA892.1-2010), ones of fire monitors (GB19156 - 2003) and ones of the remote control fire monitor system (GB19157 - 2003).
