The machine is advanced and elegant,two oil cylinders are fixed on the left-right walls which is reasonable in stress state,high in rigidity.
Adopt the electro-hydraulic servo synchronization type to ensure good synchronous of cylinders.It is strong in anti-deflection-load capacity,easier in debugging.Two oil-cylinders journey Y1 and Y2 are single conteolled,the slider displacement is checked by linear scale to ensure high synchronous precision.
CNC system Netherlands Dlem company(DA-69W,66W,65W,56,52)or ltaly ESA (S540,530,525).
The worktable deflection compensation (V axis) is the hydraulic cylinder automatic compensation or tilted wedge deflection automatic compensation,the CNC system controls the cylinders pressure or tilted wedge moving distance to realize that the middle table-board protruding to compensate the deflection.The compensation is accurate.
The hydraulic vave block is BOSCH-REXROTH dedicated valve blok matched with the CNC,the cylinders sealing elements are imported products,linear scale is Germany HEIDENHAIN products,main electrical components are imported components.
The back gauge is the CNC X axis,driven by AC servo motor,the transmission components are ball screw pairs and linear guide pair.
