This machine is used to bend the thick plate,Bottom rolls can move horizontally to realize the pre-bending function.We are the largest producer for plate bending machine and plate straightening machine, the max thickness for the bending machine is 260mm and the max width is more than 23m. Our max staightening thickness is more than 100mm for our plate straightening machine, we are the drafters of this China Nation Standardand for the plate bending machine and plate straightening machine.
This machine can do the pre-bending through horizontal moving of the two bottom rolls.it only need one feeding of metal plate to fufill the prebending of two ends.
1.The two bottom rolls are driven by separate power system,eliminating the mechanical interference, vibration and abrasion from the sliding frictions.The bearings of the rolls are self-aligning roll-bearings,with low energy consumption and noises. The required power from the main motor is small, energysaving and environmental protecting.
2.The hydraulic cylinder of upender is set beneath the bed, reducing the volume of the whole machine structure. It not only reduces the space and power ,but also enables the machine to bend the small cones and dish plates,expanding its aplications.
3.The structure of the horizontal shift unit is compact and convenient for maintenance.
4.The synchro-lift of both ends of the up roll, the position of the all rollers, the recomended rolling times and screwdown distance are all automatically controlled via CNC system with high precision.
5.The CNC system is advance in China.It has the functions of screen displaying,bending calculation,program controlling,parameter ftware protection.default alarming and man-machine conversation,etc.
6.It is fully hydraulic plate bending which each rollers are driven through hydraulic motors.
