Dry mortar (also known as dry mortar) is a kind of advanced production equipment - computer-controlled automatic dry mortar production line through the sand pretreatment (including drying, sieving), dosing, mixing, packaging or bulk storage factory production of "dry mix" type of ready-mixed mortar. Since the production process strictly weighing ratio, and depending on the functional requirements of the corresponding mortar chemical additives added, greatly improves the quality of the mortar.

Dry mortar production line process
1, the process includes a sand quarry, crushing, drying, (grinding), screening and storage. If river sand, then only drying, sieving, where conditions can be directly fed into the sand procurement finished sand silo.
2, binders, fillers and additives into the appropriate storage bin.
3, according to the formulation dosing to the dry mortar production line.
