Concrete transport considerations
1, the time concrete mixer truck transporting concrete batching plant can not exceed the stipulated time. Not long time mixing tube stops to prevent segregation of concrete produced. Drivers should always observe the concrete situation, abnormal timely informed the control room, to make the application process.
2, when the car is equipped with concrete, dead time in the field not more than one hour, such as overtime require on-site person in charge shall immediately give a timely manner.
3, concrete mixer truck transporting concrete slump of not less than 8cm. From concrete to discharge into the tank, not more than two hours at high temperatures, rainy weather temperature is low, not more than 2.5 hours.
4.Before the concrete is discharged, such that a mixing tube is rotated at 10-12 rpm / min speed minutes, and then discharge.
