GXF High-efficiency Comples Crusher series, as a new type of crushing machine, is widely used in industries of cement, metallurgy, construction material, mining, railway, highway, housing project ect, with the compressing strength no more than 200Mpa.The size of feeding material is up to 450-1000mm and the average size of discharge material can be controned within 8mm, Unique design: back cover of upper case can be opened with hydraulic pressure (or hand operated) and replace components which is for easy maintenance. This feature has created the history of cement raw material production by reducing 1/3 investment on equipment and saving half of power comsumption as well as less maintenance ( capacity ranged from 40t/h-500t/h).

GXF High-effective Complex Crusher’s operating Principle.

GXF High-efficiency Comples Crusher series consist of: device of impact plate; impact plate; side scaleboard; screen device, cover, rotor and so on. During the operation, the motor drive the rotor; After the stone enter the GXF High-effective Complex Crusher through its feeding throat, firstly it would collide with crushing plate of rotor, and then thrown to the impact plate through the high speed rotation of the rotor for the second crushing. Finally, the material would rebound to the crushing plate again. At the same time, the stone-to-stone collision also happened. With the repeated and continually collision, the efficiency has greatly improved and power consumption reduced.
