Application of diamond saw blade:
- Usually set up on concrete grinder for all kinds of nonmetallic material such as concrete, masonry,brick block ,stone, ceramic, tile .
- Diamond tool bit adopt hot-pressed and cold-pressed sintering technology , have remarkable features such as fast grinding,rough deburring and smooth shaping and finishing of stone, masonry material, glue water, paint, coating, epoxy resin. Also, suitable for brittle optical glass and jewel.
- Stong grinding ability,rough,medium fine,fine are available.Standard and professional quality level are available.
Characteristics of diamond saw blade:
- High frenquency welded
- Segmented design
- Smooth cutting with water for granite slabs
- Wet and dry cutting is okay
- Long lifespan
Tips:
- The saw bit is forbidden to be used if it is broken before it is used.
- When installing, cutting direction marded on the sawbit should be in the same as revolving direction of the cutting machine.
- Curve cutting and bevel cutting are not allowed. Do not cut too deeply.
- If cramming happens, the saw bit will become blunt, sharpen it with a porcelain wheel or a lefactory brick.
