Non-woven Polishing Wheel
Adopting high flexible design, suit for hand machine which is produced by us for big workpieces. The hand machine has seven speed grades adjus table to reach best finishes. Non-woven Flap Brushes also include Non-woven convolute Wheel brushes and Non-woven Polishing Wheel Brushes.

The normal size is OD 120MM ,Thickness 100MM.There are two kinds of hardness: standard hardness and harder.
Usage
Stainless steel surface, like the boxes of big machines rangehood, sterilizer cabinet, elevator kitchen utensil, stainless steel shelf, handle,etc.
Feature
No blockage under high rotation speed(3000/min), good brightness, excellent grinding effect, durable for use, work piece’s surface can keep for a standard.
Attentions
1.The rolling speed of the polishing machine affects the surface finishing, which is proper to be controlled under 3200 round/min. the work piece would be easily burned black with exceeding speed, so please use the appropriate speed.
2. When the rolling speed is fixed, the speed and pressure of inserting work pieces should not be too quick and hard, otherwise the work pieces would be easily burned black and stick the blacsinter.
3. if the work piece is burned black, it can be recovered and improved by the abrasive combination with abrasive cream, polishing wax and water and so on.
