Single color small offset printing machine
Easy operation:
Singlechip is used to control functions such as feeding, positive and negative inching, pressure, safety protection, double sheet elimination, two-revolution printing etc. to secure the safety and credibility of the machine.
Accurate register:
Front guide, bilateral wheel-type pull guide structure, bilateral pull guide fine-tuning device and the plate cylinder fine-tuning device are used to secure the accurate registering.
The separation of forme ink rollers and forme water rollers:
The water and the ink feeding system are separated. Thus it's easy to adjust the amount of the water and the ink needed by different printed matters. This structure especially suits for the process printing.
Pre-set counting:
When the pre-set pages are done, the electric pre-set counter will order the machine to stop feeding automatically.
Double- sheet inspecting and two-revolution printing:
Double sheet control can effectively detect two or more pages and remove them automatically during the process of printing. This function makes a perfect full page in one saturated color.
Power spraying function:
The machine is equipped with spraying apparatus, which enables spraying and printing to be finished simultaneously. Thus the back of the print matters won't be contaminated.
Centralized lubrication:
Press the manual lubrication pump before switching on the machine. Every related part of the machine will be oiled and lubricated.
Advanced inking control system:
It assures finest printing. The machine has 14 ink rollers, including 3 vibrators and oscillating rollers, 3 ink form rollers of different diameters. These make ink distribution uniformly and ink supplying fully. No grade speed converted device controls ink supplying from ink fountain. The machine-using computers apply ink-controlled system.
Perfect safety system:
The machine with weak electric signal, which be inputted, ensures safety, advanced exterior structure, safety protection and a lot of safe mark make operation conveniently and safely.
Reliable circuit system:
The machine with computer input and output controlled system, the degree of automation is very high, indicator lamp be used in working, compact structure. Otherwise, this machine has a special equipment which can avoid paper deviating.
