Automatic laminated tube machine
Introduction:
1.Our tube body making machine(CZG -100D)is developed by integration of up-to-date foreign
technologies in tube manufacturing.
2.Many parts of our toothpaste tube body making machine(CZG -100D) are imported from other countries,
especially we developed a new technology of welding which learn from Korea, and we use many servo
motors, all these are other factory don't have.
3.CZG-100D is based on CZG-100C,it is raise the production efficiency and product quality in PBL tube.
4.And tube body making machine (CZG-100D ) can be combined with our semi-automatic shoulder
injection machine(BT-200/300) or Full-automatic shoulder injection (BT-1000) to become an tube
production line.

Training, Installation and Test Run
A. Seller shall assign engineers to conduct installation and test run at Buyer’s factory after arrival of equipment at Buyer’s site.
Buyer shall provide products needed for test run (paper and glue for test run).
After Buyer issues acceptance certificate, Seller shall provide training to Buyer’s operators but Buyer shall not change operators without reason.
B. During installation and test run, Buyer shall make reasonable efforts to assist Seller,
provide sufficient human resources, labor and tools as well as necessary accessories
and provide accommodation for Seller’s installation and test run personnel.
Round trip ticket, accommodation and food will be provided by Buyer to engineers.
