In order to make sure that the products meet the requirements of the drawings, our engineers tracked the manufacturing process of this batch gears. And the profile modification and axial modification were applied to gears after grinding, which effectively improved the perfomance of gear mesh,reduced the meshing impact and the noise, made tooth width load equally distributed, finally improved the bearing capacity. |
