YUDA Series marigold/chrysanthemums pellet set
The mill unit has special design based on our years research of marigold/chrysanthemums processing. Its characteristics mainly has:
1, Adopt appropriation equipments, resolved chrysanthemums arch and block up as light and bad mobility.
2, Special drying and pellet craft, low energy consumption, high output.
3, Control drying temperature effectively. Reduce the pigment loss during drying.
4, Uses low temperature craft of pellet. Avoid the pigment loss during pellet effectively.
5, When fresh flower squeeze after fermentation, a great deal of pigments lost along with water. It is the proodiction link that the pigment loses. Use the flower putty forcible feeder, add this part of pigment to the pellet, each ton pellet pigment content can enhance 2-3%. Both has controlled the pollution and enhance the economic efficiency.
6, The new type highly effective pulse collector, control chrysanthemum pollen outside to release.Both enhance the economic efficiency and improve the working conditions.
Usually, the process of complete wood pellet production line is: Feeding & Squeezing Process ----Drying process---Grinding process---Pelletizing process---Cooling & Sifting Porcess---Packing process

In an animal feed pellet production line, it may include the following sections:
1. Dust filter:It removes impurities in the raw materials.

3.SSHJ series mixer: mixing the raw material

4. Fine hammer mill:it may be fine grinding. If you do not need, go to step 5.
5. SZLH pellet mill: it makes raw material into pellets.
Pellet size depends on your request. It also decides the size of ring die.

6. Cooler: it reduces the temperature of pellets to ensure more effective pelletizing.
