4. HGS-200B Semi-auto blowing machine can produce PET bottles standing high temperature of 90 ceti-dgree ~95 C, satisfying the needs for hot fill's pasteurization.

All the cavity molds(moulds) are manufactured by ourselves. We have our own CNC processing machine and experienced engineer, who has been making cavity molds at least 5 years. Besides the cavity molds, other hardware parts are also produced by ourselves. Thus we have strong confidence in the stability of our machine because all parts can jointed and worked as a integrated unit.

Our master is drilling the holes for the installation of the molds, the drilling is strictly made according to the technical drawing, thus the combination of the parts will be matched perfectly.
