VP44 Electronic Governor pump tester and electronic pump tester
Integrate the mature technologies to test all types of common rail injectors and pumps by Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens.
The device uses high-precision, high-power switch, and over-current protection circuit that can protect apparatus couldn't be damaged, when occur over current and short circuit, and remind the user attention fuel injection pump is damaged. Control and output circuit uses high-frequency equipment to ensure the accuracy of output voltage and time synchronization. The device also can adjust the mechanical part of the VP44 pump.

2. Button Instructions:
This system total include 7 buttons, 3 of them are function button ( switch, export, out), and the other four are menu buttons ( speed, temp, ↑and ↓)
"Switch" button is used for changing the cylinders, the default setting is4-cylinder, and the signal light is off. If Signal light is on, it shows 6-cylinder.
"Export: button is the controlling and output key. This button can control the rotational electromagnet voltage of VP44 PUMP, signal light effective. (When rotational speed stability or above 100 rpm effective).
"Out" 12V voltage direct output button, and the signal light effective.
"Speed" shows the rotational speed of test bench. When press this button, the window light and rotational speed effective.
"Temp" displays the current oil temperature, press this button, the window light, and display the temperature. Press the button "Speed" and "temp" at same time, light display window show the advance angle, it can set the advance angle through up and down button ("↑" "↓"), and the biggest advance angle is 60'. It can change oil pump injection time whiling changing the advance angle.
"↑"and "↓" button is increase or minus button. It can change the PWM value and advance angle.
Note: When right display window show advance angel, it couldn't set the "PWM" value.
Usage Instructions:
The controller under normal display, (boot by default display: left display window show PWM, and right display window show rotational speed. It can change the "PWM" value through press "↑"and "↓" button. When modify the value to the required value, then press "Export" control output button, the output effective. (It prohibit to using the "export" button output PWM signal when the rotational speed instability)
Press "Switch" button to choose the oil cylinders.
Press "Out" button to output the 12V directly by 14 core Air plug 3 and 4.
Place the location of sensor, after the speed stability, then chooses the right cylinder. To control the fuel pump injection through "Export" output idea PWM signal.
When left display window shows" ErrO", indicating the pump short circuit, please check the fuel pump first, then connect the equipment.

Black plug: ~ 220v, 50 Hz
Three-core aviation plug: Temperature Sensor
Four core aviation plug: speed sensor
14 core aviation plug: 1, 2 plug: PWM output, 3, 4 plug: 12v direct output
