Specifications
only need to use iron, with hot temperature stick to mattress or carpet label, never gets out1. Used in carpet and springy bed mattress label.
2. Ironing when using, never gets out; easily to be taken off with iron again.
3. Material: polyester satin reversed coated with hot melt glue.
4. Specification:
a) Max. Width: 107cm (equals to 42")
b) Width: ≤400m
5. Color: White for polyester satin, ivory color for hot melt glue
6. Printing: suitable for rotary printing, silk screen printing, offset printing
7. Production procedures, including 6 steps:
a) Coating hot melt glue to polyester satin cloth;
b) Slitting the coated polyester satin cloth according to needed size;
c) Rolling the coated and slitted polyester satin cloth;
d) Cutting to be sheet pieces;
e) Printing the needed pattern to the cut sheet piece;
f) Ironing to be finished product.
