We have a full-scale metal processing facility with 60000 m2 workshop, 500 staff to service our customers with one stop Metal Fabrication services. We can service as laser cutting, flame cutting/plasma cutting, bendng, machining,welding and pianting in our one stop house.

Material includes carbon steel (normal Q235B, Q345B); stainless steel (normal SUS304, SUS316) and aluminum (normal Al5052, Al6061)

Within 11 years developing we have already established long term strategy cooperation with HC, GE Asian, Terex, Alo in Sweden, SCHOTT, COMBILIFT, OCME and OTIS. World class quality and service make us in advance

Quality assuarance:

We have a quality team with around 25 people, responsible material incoming inspecitong, first sample inspeciton, production inspection on site and final inspection. You will see we do it from beginning-the material, and follow “3 inspection” system for every step. In 2010 we established inspection center, and bought 3D coordinate machine, projector and material analyzing machine etc. All these will make sure our qualified products.

 

Packing:

 

The packing method for export , we already have much experience now. Usually we will use pallet and wooden box, espcially for surface treated parts like painting, powder coating, we will make sure have packing design person to make it, usually we will use wooden box with film
