INTRODUCTION.
DENYCLEAN GOX is an oxidatively stable alkaline protease enzyme concentrate designed to be used in the manufacture of enzymatic laundry detergents. It assists in the removal of protein based stains such as blood and various foods such as egg and gravy. It is also effective in assisting the removal of grass stains.
DENYCLEAN GOX is specially coated to enable it to be used in peroxygen bleach containing detergents.
DENYCLEAN GOX can be used in conjunction with other enzymes (lipase, cellulase and amylase) in the DENYKEM range of detergent industry enzymes.
TEMPERATURE and pH PROFILES.
The nature of DENYCLEAN GOX means that it is effective in the 55° - 60°C temperature range but is also suitable for use at lower temperatures.
DENYCLEAN GOX is effective over a pH range of 9.0 - 12.0 with optimum activity about pH 11.0.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE.
Laundry detergent formulators must establish the enzyme level best suited to the product they wish to produce. Factors that need to be considered include temperature of the wash water, product pH and the desired level of cleaning.
DENYCLEAN GOX can normally be used at 0.2 – 0.4% of the powder detergent.
