INTRODUCTION
DENYCLEAN LIP is an alkaline lipase enzyme concentrate designed to be used in the manufacture of enzymatic laundry detergents. It assists in the removal of natural fat and oil based stains. These include food (butter, gravy, frying fats and oils), sweat (sebum) and cosmetic products.
DENYCLEAN LIP can be used in conjunction with other enzymes (protease, cellulase and amylase) in the DENYKEM range of detergent industry enzymes.

Product characteristic
It can break down fat hydrolysis enzyme into the fatty acids and glycerol, the temperature is 20-65degree,
PH: 6-13, solubility for all dissolved.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Laundry detergent formulators must establish the enzyme level best suited to the product they wish to produce. Factors that need to be considered include temperature of the wash water, product pH and the desired level of cleaning.
DENYCLEAN LIP can initially be evaluated at 0.1 – 1% of the powder detergent, however, depending on the performance level required, a higher concentration may be needed. It performs best in detergent formulations that contain a high non-ionic: anionic surfactant ratio.
TECHNICAL DATA (typical)
Active constituent: Alkaline lipase.
Storage: Storage temperature should be controlled between 5° and 25°C. Keep in sealed containers and avoid exposure to moisture and high humidity.
Shelf life: 9 months minimum under correct storage conditions.
If there is an extended storage period, higher temperature or high moisture levels, dosage requirements may need to be increased.

This product is not flammable and can be mixed with water in any proportion, in operation, please wear protective measures. (Masks / glasses, etc.), avoid direct inhalation and direct contact with skin allergies, as it gets, wash immediately.
