The production line is divided into automatic feeding, metering noodles, hoist, M bags noodle packaging machines, conveyor belts and flat bags (sachets sack) packing machine etc.
M bags noodle automatic packing machine: Packing 800-1000 grams and 350-500 grams of two specifications of equipment, models are ZDG-500 and ZDG-1000
ZDG-500: Filling weight range 350-500 grams, the minimum requirements for M pocketed mouth circumference 222MM, noodles requires uniform length, packing speed of 19-21 packs / min, 440-570 kg / hr.
ZDG-1000: Filling weight range of 800-1000 grams, the minimum requirements for M pocketed mouth circumference 270MM, noodles requires uniform length, packing speed of 14-16 packs / min, 760-840 kg / hr.
Automatic bagging machine: Packing 800-1000 grams and 350-500 grams of two specifications and equipment, models are ZDZ-500 and two kinds ZDZ-1000

Processing instruction:
Auto fetch bags,and folder bags to the right position
This line totally have two step, First is the pasta spaghetti dry noodle filling in the M-type bags,Second step is the finished small bags put in the big sack.
After the first step,the bags divided in two lines,two different screw convey,when the bags conveyed to the grip position,Electric Actuator sucking the bags by the sucking disk,and move it to the M-type big sack,finished for one packet.Every big sack can take 20small bags,after one big sack,auto transported to finished conveyor,the worker can sealing it by the tape
