This packing machine use single screw conveyor,horizontal,frequency feeding,That is to ensure the feed rate, but also to ensure the accuracy of the feeding.

To ensure the filling measurement precision materials;
The device uses English/Chinese LCD monitor controller, this controller is very good to overcome the impact of noise on acoustic disturbances drive controller, and convenient for the operator to use the equipment.
The device uses a unique material level control, level meter is not in direct contact with the material, level meter precise movements, precise level control, while improving the measurement accuracy of the material when canned.
The scale use vertical vibrating bags,vibrating bags effect is obvious,facilitate sealing.And after each clip is completed, bags be put on top of the conveyor belt,overcome the problem when the clip release the bags,the bag fell on top of the conveyor belt, causing the bag material spilled out phenomenon.
The device uses automatic trimming work, when sealing, the operator no need to pedal switches,photoelectric switch automatic control the sewing machine,and automatic control the thread trimming
This machine use Taiwan Skeleton ring,which is sealed the conveyor and bearing,to protect the conveyor and bearing
