Product Application
The composition of the packaging production line is as follows:
Equipment including stainless steel feed auger: to ensure stability of material in the hopper
Silo: with a stirring mechanism inside and auger stirring mechanism to ensure the uniformity of the material inside the hopper, auger bag filling materials
Servo drive mechanism: by the servo drive and servo motor composed, in volume control mode can control the conveyor turns and angles; in electronic metering model can control the speed of the screw.
Bag warehouse: printed bags placed inside, 1.5 kg plastic bags can be placed more than 300pcs, 2.5 kg plastic bags can be placed more than 200pcs
Automatic take bag device: a plastic bag can be removed from the bag warehouse, and automatically clip
Vibrating conveyor belt:can vibrate the filled good bags,and pull out the air from the bags.
Plastic heat sealing mechanism: the filling good bags fold according to the original fold, heat sealing, attractive packItem Parameter .
Main Features
1, high accuracy, low measurement accuracy +5 grams, after normal production measurement accuracy +3 grams.
2, bags beautifully on the grade. The bag is pre-make bags, bags of four vertical sides is made by large equipment, heat sealing is very beautiful.
1、3, broken pack rate is zero, before heat sealing,use the vibrate conveyor,after vibrating the flour bags,then sealing,in the bags there is no air,packaged in such storage ,transportation process is not easily broken the bags.
