OUR MACHINES AND PRODUCTS
A strong focus on machines has allowed Jinda to achieve continual improvement.
In 2003, Jinda invested to introduce an internationally leading program-controlled silicon coating and adhesive laminating production line from German, becoming the frontrunner of environment-friendly non-solvent silicon coating, largely manufacturing high-quality self-adhesive products with glassine liner.
From 2004 to 2009, Jinda continually introduced internationally advanced 5-rolled silicon coating and adhesive laminating lines, high precision and high speed.
In 2011, Jinda once again invested 23 million USD in importing world-grade computer-controlled silicon coating, adhesive laminating and back printing assembly line in 2011, with the maximum width and the highest speed, assuring the internationally advanced quality, as well as improving Jinda’s annual output.
Jinda, as a frontrunner of top grade release paper industry, owns many sets of USA-imported single and double sides PE-coated machines, united with internationally advanced 5-rolled silicon coating machines, professionally manufacturing high quality non solvent single and double sides release papers and films.
PRODUCT INNOVATION AND QUALITY CONTROL
Innovation has been continuous. As a specialized supplier of high-grade self-adhesive labelstock, Jinda has professional laboratory, equipped with about 30 sets of testing and detecting instruments, and combined with 20 R&D personnel and nearly 100 technical personnel, being strong support in product research and development. ERP software is adopted to control all processes, which assures the adaptability, stability and innovation of products to the most extent.
Jinda strictly implements ISO9001 Quality management systems.
