“Huatian” HT-TCT series of integrated Paint Complete Equipment are designed and manufactured independently by ourselves and the production technology is in the lead nationwide. The whole set of equipment adopts fully enclosed operation which can realize whole-process control by PLC. It adopts vacuum negative pressure conveying,automatic weighing. The dispersing,grinding and mixing are finished by multifunctional dispersion kettle in the the meantime,so as to break through and solve the difficulty of low yield,large wastage,poor quality and such problems caused by manual operation in the coating industry. It can save lots of labor costs and effectively avoid human errors.
It can be designed and customized according to customer’s requirements and annual output and can be used not only for production of latex paint,interior and exterior wall paint,but also for stone-like paint etc.
Warranty:
Equipment warranty for one year. As customers confirm that they received the goods, we will provide free replacement parts for damaged parts (in addition to the damage caused by incorrect operation), we will be available through federal, air, sea.
Electrical Engineering:
Lifetime maintenance, Huatian provide Chinese operating manual instructions on how to install and maintain. If the customer has any technical problems, we will provide guidance by phone, e-mail and other means.
Installation:
The overall complexity of the installation of the machine we have for you, or custom equipment or complete production lines. After installation, we will check the machine, operation of equipment, installation and provide you with a test report.
Train
Our clients can operate according to the instructions. Or before delivery, customers can come to our factory, our engineers can guide training how to operate and maintain the equipment in the field.
