Reverse Osmosis System

1.Reverse Osmosis technology is that finish the filtration process through the capillary function of membrane, relying on the force action of osmotic pressure.

2.The treatment process of Reverse Osmosis technology includes three parts: Pre-handing, membrane unit connection process.

3.The pre-handing process is also called pretreatment process. Its purpose is to improve the quality of treated water, protect the membrane against pollution by the contaminant in water, prolong membrane service life and reduce the operation charge.

4.Unit connection method: Often fall into one stage and multi-stage connection. One stage means that feeding can carry out membrane separation after primary pressurization. Secondary separation means to proceed the membrane separation after two-stage pressurization.

After-treatment process: The water passed through the membrane is called lean water, e. G., the water passed through the Reverse Osmosis membrane after pressurization must have some ions and gas such as Na+, HCO3 and CO2 etc. Because the membrane can't completely remove all inorganic and organic matters. If this kind of water is used for high-purity water, the ion exchanger and despoliation tower etc process shall be further used as the after-treatment process of permeating water.

5.Reverse Osmosis is widely used for desalination of seawater and bitter salt water, production of drinking water for food industry and pure water for pharmaceutical industry because of its advantage of high desalting efficiency, removing germ, endotoxin and other organic maters in the same time and low operation cost etc. It is specially suitable for those industries with both requirements of desalt and removal of germ particles.
