Sequins Embroidery machine
Used for: LJ sequins embroidery machines have additional sequins embroidering function based on ordinary flat embroidery, therefore it owns mixed functions of flat embroidering and flat sequins embroidering. Elegant, fashionable and characterized embroidery designs with colorful sequins and threads are able to walk into our lives. It is the new product in embroidering field, and it is widely used for embroidering garments (collar, lace, complete clothes etc.), handbags, bridal veil, sweater, shoes, bedcovers, ornaments and high grade crafts etc.
Main Feature:
Besides of the normal feature of flat embroidery machines, LJ sequins embroidery machines have the following feature:
- Single sequin, double sequins, twin sequins and double twin sequins available;
- Sequins devices can be installed on both sides, front and either left or right side (suggestion: clothes from sides and garments for front);
- Sequins available: 3/4/5/7/11mm, with shapes of round, square, drops and heart;
- Stable performance of sequins delivering device and structure, and the max. speed is 750rpm;
- Double twin sequins(four sequins) device own not only the basic functions of single and double sequins, but also functions of overlap sequins, big-and-small sequins (amount can be adjusted according to the embroidering);
- Lever structure makes adjustment more convenient;
- Concentrate hooking device, auto color-change and auto thread trimmer;
Main Spare Parts:
- Daohao computerized system with BECS-328 three phase (without auto trimmer)/BECS-328(with auto trimmer), and other high grade computers such as BECS-C18/C88/216/266/316/366 can be assembled as per customers’ requests.
- Main shaft: servo motors (Panasonic or Daohao), or induction motor as per customers’ requests.
- Frame motor: all servo motors or stepping motors available;
- Original Japanese rotary hook and bobbin case; original Italian Mega belts;
- New type linear drive rail;
- Auto trimmer(optional)
- Sequins device: Single sequin, double sequins, twin sequins and double twin sequins available;
