3 in1 (Coiling) Mixed Embroidery Machine (flat+ sequin +coiling)

 

Used for: LJ 3 in 1(coiling) mixed embroidery machine is able to do flat, sequins, coiling, Z1~Z6, taping and frill combined embroidering, making the embroidery more vivid, beautiful and stereoscopic. It is widely used for garments embroidering field.

 

Main Feature:

LJ LJ 3 in 1(coiling) mixed embroidery machine has additional feature besides flat and sequins’:

  1. All types of embroidering: taping: taping 1 , taping 2 and frill embroidering; Zig-zag: Z1~Z6;

Embroidery can be different by adjusting the range of oscillation;

  1. Combined embroidering: flat, sequin, Z1~Z6, taping, coiling and frill embroidering;
  2. Adjusting the coiling density automatically: Coiling can be divided into left coiling and right coiling according to different core thread being used. The coiling density is adjustable by changing coiling rate.
  3. Function of coiling tracking: it enables the coiling head to track that the density if coiling seldom is not average in different angle and the tensions of upper threads are not the same. Due to this function, the quality of coiling enters a new lever;

 

 

Main Spare Parts:

  1. Daohao computerized system with BECS-C18; and BECS-C88/C98/216/266/316/366 can be equipped as per customers’ requests;
  2. Main shaft: servo motors (Panasonic or Daohao), or induction motor as per customers’ requests.
  3. Frame motor: all servo motors or stepping motors available;
  4. Original Japanese rotary hook and bobbin case; original Italian Mega belts;
  5. New type linear drive rail;
  6. Auto trimmer(optional)
  7. Flat head and sequin device are available, to make combined embroidery of flat, chain, taping and sequins.
  8. Specifications: supplying all specifications as per customers’ requests;
  9. Automatically or manually changing the flat and special embroidery;
  10. Two taping devices, and standby of auto presser foot.
