LJ-Embroidery Machine High Speed Sewing Machine

LJ series of flat embroidery machine is designed and manufactured independently by Lejia compmay and it's been widely used for embroidery of garments fabrics, curtains, window gauzes, laces, ornaments and crafts etc.

Models from 3 to 15 needles, from single head to 80 heads and with Y axis embroidery area from 450mm to 1500mm;

Frame servo motor is available with new control system to realize max speed of 850RPM, min speed of 750RPM and 8.0mm needles changing interval, which ensures high working efficiency.

Compatible with 3^rd Generation breakage detection system, which optimizes traditional alternative embroidery and also realizes grouping embroidery and widened embroidery with more needles bars;

Chenille/chain type embroidery is a kind of new embroidery, which is totally different with flat locking type and has more stereoscopic vision and design levels. It's been widely used in children garments, home decoration and ladies shoes and cap industries.

With max speed if 650 RPM;

Automatically/manually changing with chenille and chain type via H shaft color changing (4/6 colors);

42 type stepping motors controlling D, H shaft and trimming; heads raising separately for mending embroidery;

Needle-table distance from 1 to 10 levels in order to meet different requirements from customers with various fabrics and embroidery yarns;

It can also combine flat, sequin, simple coiling and chain sequin etc.
