Flat Embroidery machine Series
Used for:
LJ series of flat embroidery machines are designed and manufactured by our self, and they’re widely used for embroidering of fashion clothes, curtains, bed covers, toys, ornaments and crafts.
Main Feature:
- Liquid crystal display (LCD): with high resolution display, it can monitor the embroidery design with dynamical digitals; meanwhile it can be easily operated and switch over between two languages, Chinese and English.
- Memory format & capacity: it can read files in Tajima (DST), Barudan, ZSK, Binary system, Ternary system; and its max. Memory capacity is 10 million stitches, and 99 patterns.
- Function of designs rotation & scaling: designs can be revolved from 0-360 degrees, and also from left to right or otherwise; the scaling of designs reach vary from 50%~200%; and in order to meet different needs, it can be adjusted that weather to do the rotation first or not.
- Editing & weaving of embroidery designs: it can edit the designs in memory, and also combine different designs to a new one from different directions, sizes and locations.
- Function of repeated movement of embroidery: it refers to the normal repeat or partial repeat. Number of max movements is 9 from X-axis direction, and 9 from Y-axis direction, which makes 81 times of repeated movements of embroidery.
- Function of satin stitch mending: to search the target satin stitches automatically, and it makes new designs after zooming based on certain requests.
- Function of being able to get back to the start point or stop point: during practical operation, sometimes some heads fail to embroider due to thread break, this machine can restart embroidering from that failure point both for ordinary and combined designs.
- Automatic mending: according to different requirement of clothes and designs, it can separately mend X-axis and Y-axis (0.1~1.00mm) or make it together.
- Function of sudden power-off protection and restart, thread break detect, and auto thread trimmer (optional).
Main Spare Parts:
- Daohao computerized system with BECS-322 three phase (without auto trimmer)/BECS-328(with auto trimmer), and other high grade computers such as BECS-C18/C88/216/266/316/366 can be assembled as per customers’ requests.
- Main shaft: servo motors (Panasonic or Daohao), or induction motor as per customers’ requests.
- Frame motor: all servo motors or stepping motors available;
- Original Japanese rotary hook and bobbin case; original Italian Mega belts;
- New type linear drive rail;
- Auto trimmer(optional)
