Towel/Chain stitch Embroidery Machine

Used for: The looping/chain-stitch embroidery, featuring the strong 3D effect, sufficient gradation and beautiful color has broad prospects of development in fields of children’s costume, home dress and lady’s shoes & hats.

Main Feature:

1. Liquid crystal display (LCD): with high resolution display, it can monitor the embroidery design with dynamical digitals; meanwhile it can be easily operated and switch over between two languages, Chinese and English.
2. Memory format & capacity: it can read files in Tajima(DST), Barudan, ZSK, Binary system, Ternary system; and its max. memory capacity is 10 million stitches, and 99 patterns.
3. Functions of designs rotation, scale, editing, repeated embroidery, satin stitch mending and normal mending;
4. Functions of sudden power-off protection and restart and thread break detecting;
5. Automatic color changing, presser foot lifting and auto trimmer;
6. Function of feedback control system: Appling feedback control system, it’s able to make precise control of needles and loop hook and it makes better embroidery;
7. Standby function: after finishing certain embroidering, needles & presser foot will automatically lift 27mm high, for the following embroidering;
8. Automatic switching over embroidery modes: to switch over between towel and chain stitch embroidering either by manual or computerized way, max. to 99 times;
9. Automatically adjusting height of needles: according to designs and thickness of cloth, height of needles(10 levels) can be adjusted by manual or computerized way, in order to get the best embroidery tensility and appearance;
10. High-speed-low-noise machine designing: it reaches 600 rpm for chain stitch and 850 rpm for flat embroidery; embroidering speed will be automatically controlled during process of embroidering on the basis of differences of needles track; additionally, servo motors and are applied for main spare parts to perfectly act in concert with high-tech electronics; all of these guarantee the low noise working;
11. Satin stitch mending: to increase or decrease the length of satin stitch track if needed;

1. Daohao computerized system with BECS-219; and BECS-C18/C88 can be equipped as per customers’ requests;
2. Main shaft: servo motors (Panasonic or Daohao), or induction motor as per customers’ requests.
