Rubber Material Anti Static ESD Mat
ESD dissipative mats are designed to harmlessly drain charges from presonnel, esd boxes, components and etc. It is lie flat-will not cart and not affected by humidity and superior resistance to abrasion, chemicals and heat resistant, easy to clean and maintain.
ESD rubber mat or conductive ground mats should be laid out in the workshops and advanced laboratories for microelectronic industries such as electronic semi-conduct devices, electronic computers, electronic communication equipment and integrated circuits and etc, to eliminate damages caused by static electricity. When ESD rubber mat (ground mats) are laid out and grounded, the working surface will discharge the static electricity of human bodies so that a near-equipotential can be maintained for ESEDS tweezers, tools, utensils and instruments, through which human bodies contact the working table and static sensitive devices(SSD) are free from broadband interference produced by static discharging such as triboelectrification etc. In this way, electrostatic protection is realized. ESD rubber mat are mainly made of anti-static(conductive) and static-dissipative materials, and synthetic rubber. The surface layer is a 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer. The bottom layer is a 1.5mm conductive layer. Usually 2mm thick double-layer structure is used.
Our antistatic table mat/floor mat does not contain sulphur, which easily reacts with other substances to cause decoloring of the products and bring harm to human body.
Method for laying antistatic table mat:
Lay the antistatic table pad on the table, connect the button of the antistatic grounding line on the surface and connect the other end to the grounding conductor, to discharge the static electricity through the grounding line.
1. The green surface is to gather the static electricity around the table, with the resistance of 107 - 109 Ωcm;
2. The black bottom is a conductor ≤106Ωcm, to quickly discharge the gathered static electricity;
3. The grounding line is connected with the antistatic table pad and the other end to the ground, to smoothly discharge the static electricity through the line
Method for laying antistatic floor mat
1. Requirements on floor
① The floor shall be the wet rubbing, ceramic or wooden floor;
② It shall be flat, without obvious undulation, and with the roughness less than 2‰;
③ It shall be in enough strength, without sand streak or scaling.
④ The floor shall be dry.
2. Construction procedures and methods
① Clean the floor with #120 gasoline or xylene (with cleaning machine);
② Lay the copper bars or aluminum bars, when the copper bars are 0.02mm thick and 30mm wide, the length and number shall be subject to the actual requirements during laying, and lead one end of the copper bars to ground.
③ After laying the grounding grid, clean the dry floor, coat the conductive glue, and allow it to dry for 20 – 30 minutes until it is not sticky. Repeat the same procedures for the bottom of the antistatic floor mat (black), but coat the conductive glue once. Then bind the antistatic plastic on the floor, roll 5 times with heavy roller, to make it flat and smooth. Allow it to stay for 48 hours under normal temperature before use.
④ Construct under the ambient temperature not less than 25℃ and the humidity not more than4525℃, and well ventilated.
⑤ Ensure the resistivity of conductive glue not more than 108Ωcm, and the anti-stripping strength at Kg/2.5cm.
⑥ Coat the conductive glue or paste on the copper bar for conductivity in the gaps.
