4 A series testing:

1) The first test is to inspect all the cells that whether have stable and ample capacity before assembly. The test time costs four hours.

2) The second test is to test the basic performances of the assembled battery before the aging test.

3) The Third test is aging test, to inspect basic parameters and performances. We do aging test for 72 hours.

4) The fourth test is to inspect all the performances of the battery after fixing procedure.

5) The last test is to inspect the battery whether can work well on laptop after finished all assembly procedures.

5 Low self-discharge: The residual capacity of our battery have more than 90% of the initial capacity after 30 days storage.

6 Charge-discharge can come up to more than 300 times, after 300 times, the residual capacity still have 80% of the initial capacity.

7 6 cells battery, the use time is up to more than 3 hours.
