Technical Parameters:
1.It is composed of extruder, three-roller calender, traction,rewinding and electric control box.
2.The screw, material barrel, screenchanger, measurement pump, die head are made of high quality alloy steel (38CRMOAIA) with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
3.The die head adopts hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction, so the flow passage is convenient for material solution to flow without stagnation and the thickness of products will be smooth and even.
4.Insiede the calender the helical flume and cycle water cooling bring a perfect cooling effect.
5.The temperatures of die head, screen changer the measurement pump and the material barrel are separately controlled.
6.All drive system runs synchronously.
