for the item , the important quality is the color and the function of the light . in the production , we use the best oxidizingcompany make the color , and the color is very stable , the surface will be more soomth , after finishing the production ,we wil inspect one by one , in fact , the other company just inspect a part of goods , even they don't inspect . because we inspect all the goods , so our items can be used for 500hundred times .
2.how do we pay for the goods:
we can accept the T/T. L/C , Paypal . after placing order ,please arrange the 30%deposit , after passing the inspection ,please arrange the balance payment , and we will ship the goods for you .
3.how many color can we do ?
usually the MOQ of each color is 3000pcs , but if the qty is below 3000pcs , you will pay for the extra USD20 for each color . and you can make the every pantone color
4.how about the mold cost ?
yes, we can make the new mold for you , usually the mold cost is depend on your design , the different way have the different cost . we have the mold cost as USD500. USD1200 and USD2200. the mold time is 15days to 25days by different items
