Axle is the important part of railway locomotive and rolling stock. It needs to bear the complicated stress like rotating bend and impact during running, fatigue cracking is the main failure mode of axle, so the quality is very important which is closely related to the security of railway transportation. As the component of wheel set, except assembled with wheels to be wheel set, the axle also needs to be coordinate with lubrication device of journal boxes, which ensures the security running of rolling stock.

We are able to manufacture the axle for railway coaches, wagons, locomotives and urban railcars conform to TB/T 2945, AAR M-101, EN 13261, IRS R-16, JIS E4502, and GOST 22780.
