Product Quality Assurance
We have advanced computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), auxiliary management system and complete manufacturing & testing equipments, 3 D laser scanner was introduced for the product testing too. At the same time, we introduced a high degree of automation professional line for castings flow-line production, which ensures production process, quality, quantity, and time of delivery. This production line was commended by GOST certification authority.
We have a complete series of smelting equipments, teeming equipments, molding equipments, sand shakeout equipments, heat treatment equipments, machining equipments, and assembly lines, and testing equipments. Smelting adopts duplex process with 20Tons high power eccentric bottom basic electric furnace and 25Tons LF ladle refining furnace. Professional testing equipments include spectrometer, metalloscope, material testing machine, impact testing machine, foundry sands testing equipments, X-ray flaw detector, magnetic particle detectors, etc.
Our coupler conforms to GOST 22703 standard and GOST 9773. We execute strictly the quality system according to GOST 4543 certificate, and environment system according to ISO14001.
Our quality guarantee for coupler is 5 years, and the service life of coupler knuckle is up to 600000 times.

GOST standard coupler as one leading product, is widely used in Russia and other countries, such as Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, etc. It is mainly installed on railway wagons for heavy duty transportation. We have sold more than 60000 pieces of GOST standard coupler.
