Spinning brake cylinder with variety of sizes is made of high-quality carbon steel plate by forming strongly swirling thinning, that hs characteristics of the inner surface of high precision, light weight, reliable sealing, anti-fatigue, corrosion resistance, long life and other significant merits. It has been applied to all railway wagons in China, at the same exported to applied to the southeast sector, the Middle East, Africa, South America as the part of railway cars.
2. non-welding line hot close cylinder reservoir
Learning, absorbing, innovation and development the hot close spinning core technology, we RD non-welding line hot close cylinder reservoir with variety of sizes and the body has no welding line that is initiative in China.
3. Spin split-type piston
Absorbing current domestic and foreign advanced spinning split technology, we RD and manufacture spin split-type piston for brake cylinder of railway wagon. The piston has the characteristics of advanced structure, light weight, reliable air-tightness and interchanngable with casting piston, that is domestic initiative and pushes piston manufacture technology development.
4. The factory has two Braking laboratory, and more than 20 sets of testing equipments, which can conduct various experiments, such as endurance, environment and Simulation of vibration etc.
Besides, train braking static test platform used to examine 150 vehicles is the only one in accordance with AAR standard in China, now preparing for extending to 200 vehicles.
