Galvanized wire rock wall hexagonal gabion box

Gabion is made of hexagonal wire mesh, the wire diameter is basis on the different sizes of hexagon. If the wire is zinc coated, the wire diameter should be 2.0mm to 4.0mm, if it is PVC-coated, the wire should be 3.0mm to 4.5mm, Then the edge wire shoud be thicker one size wire guage than the hexagonal mesh wire.

1> Gabion Mesh Material

1.galvanized wire: low carbon still wire with diameter ranging from 2.0mm to 4.0mm, tensile strength≥380mpa, the wire surface is galvanized, the thickness of zinc layer is customizable, the max zinc content is 300g/m2

2. zinc-5% aluminum-mixed mischmetal alloy steel wire: a new-type material with diameter ranging from 2.0mm to 4.0mm, tensile strength≥380mpa. it offers as more than three times the corrosion resistance of pure zinc

3. galvanized steel wire, PVC or PE coated: PVC or PE coating will provide great protection to the gabion wire mesh, especially in a high-pollution environment.

4. zinc-5%aluminum-mixed mischmetal alloy steel wire, PVC or PE coated: the steel wire is coated with a PVC or PE protective layer, which provides protection against pollution and can be available in various colors.
