Definition of Color coated steel coils (PPGI)
The color coated steel coil is a kind of coated steel, with the hot dip galvanized steel sheet, hot dip galvalume steel sheet or Electro galvanized steel plate as substrate. After the chemical degreasing and the chemical conversion treatment, paint organic coatings of one or several layers, then baked cured. It called the color coated steel coil because of the various color.
Service life (PPGI)
The color coated steel coil has the protection film of organic coating except the protection of zinc coating (Al-Zn alloyed coating), 0.5 times longer than the galvanized steel plate.
